Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of layout engineers, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality results.
- Identify team training needs and develop skill enhancement plans.
- Technical Expertise:
- Manage layout design from conception to tape-out, ensuring compliance with design rules.
- Collaborate with circuit design teams to achieve optimal layouts for digital and analog circuits.
- Proficiently use layout tools like Virtuoso, Calibre, and other industry-standard software.
- Project Management:
- Handle multiple layout projects simultaneously, prioritizing and mitigating risks effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of design methodologies, processes, and verification outcomes.
- Provide regular project status updates and presentations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minium 05 year of experience in custom layout design, with at least 02 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of VLSI design fundamentals, digital and analog circuits.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python and TCL for automation.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English

- Experience in using and optimizing EDA tools.
- Knowledge of advanced process technologies and layout verification methodologies.
