Memory Compiler IP

At CONNEXUS, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of Memory Compiler IP products, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the semiconductor industry. Our product range includes:

  • SP Fast-cache Memory: This is a high-performance memory that supplements the available storage-system cache, adding up to 2 TB read/write Fast Cache.
  • SP SRAM (Single-Port SRAM): These RAMs have a single set of read/write lines and are used for larger capacity monolithic instance requirements.
  • DP SRAM (Dual-Port SRAM): These RAMs have two independent read/write ports, allowing simultaneous read and write operations to different memory locations.
  • 1-Port Register File: A register file with one port allows one read or write operation at a time. It is typically used in simple CPUs that can only retire one instruction per second.
  • 2-Port Register File: A register file with two ports allows two read or write operations at a time. It is typically used in CPUs that issue multiple instructions.
  • Pseudo 2-Port SRAM: This type of SRAM uses a single-port bitcell to achieve the functionality of a dual-port SRAM, thus improving area efficiency.
  • Pseudo 4-Port SRAM: Similar to Pseudo 2-Port SRAM, this type of SRAM uses a single-port bitcell to achieve the functionality of a 4-port SRAM, providing more flexibility for parallel operations.
  • Custom Multi-Port Memories: These are custom-designed memories that allow multiple simultaneous read and write operations, providing high flexibility and performance for complex computations.
  • ROM (Read-Only Memory): ROM is a non-volatile memory that stores important information for the computer system and can only be read.
  • TCAM (Ternary Content Addressable Memory): TCAM is a type of CAM that allows a third state of “don’t care” or “X” in one or more of the bits of stored data, adding flexibility to the search.

Our products cover all segments from ultra-high-density IP to ultra-high-performance IP. The ultra-high-density IPs are optimized for minimal area and power, enabling designers to achieve aggressive critical path requirements. On the other hand, our ultra-high-performance IPs are designed for applications that require high speed, low leakage, and low power to achieve the best combination of performance, power, and area.

Our Memory Compiler IP products are silicon-proven, reducing project risk and speeding time-to-market. They are designed to transform the design process and workflow with automation and AI, improving the cost-effectiveness of Memory Compiler IP and ASIC development. Join us on this journey of digital transformation and innovation.
